Singer Ariana Grande just announced her engagement on social media. The 27-year-old star posted a photo of her massive ring on Instagram a few hours ago. She's going to marry Dalton Gomez, a real estate agent she met in January 2020.
The couple confined themselves together at the start of the coronavirus crisis. The artist and the real estate agent got to know each other during this ordeal.
In May, the discreet couple appeared together in the music video for "Stuck with You", song by Ariana Grande and Justin Bieber. A title recorded remotely while everyone was confined and whose proceeds were intended for a charity. The video in the title shows footage shot by Ariana Grande at her home, including listing Dalton Gomez, the one many American publications were already presenting as her new companion.
This is not the first time the singer has gotten engaged. In 2018, she nearly married comedian Pete Davidson, before breaking up weeks after the announcement. The end of their relationship was marked by the death of rapper Mac Miller, Ariana Grande's ex-companion. He died of a mixture of several drugs in September 2018. The singer had been devastated by the news.
