Celine Dion forced to cancel her tour once again: This time, my health forces it

Celine Dion is currently recovering from a recent health problem. But her recovery is taking longer than expected and the Canadian singer is forced to postpone her European dates of the Courage World Tour from 2022 to 2023.

 

In a video message posted on her Youtube channel, Celine Dion, on the verge of tears, said she was saddened by the postponement. But she has no choice, she explains. Celine Dion had completed the first 52 shows of the tour before the outbreak in March 2020, but she was recently treated for severe and persistent muscle spasms that prevented her from performing, she tells her community.

 

Recovery is taking much longer than I thought. I want to tell you how I feel, I'm really sorry about this news. You have been waiting for my concerts for a long time and I appreciate your loyalty. Now I think you must be so disappointed and discouraged to wait... I'm doing the best I can to get back into shape as soon as possible, Celine Dion said sincerely.

 

I am so sorry, saddened to have to postpone the shows once again. The first time, it was obviously because of the pandemic and this time, it's my health that forces me to postpone the shows of the European tour... The good news is that I still feel a little bit better, but I still have muscle spasms.
