Jamie Lynn Spears and her daughters face death threats: she begs Britney's fans to calm down
Jamie Lynn, Britney Spears' sister, has rarely, if ever, spoken out about her sister's guardianship. Yet the singer's fans would like to see her publicly support Britney and imagine that if she doesn't, she is on her father's side.
But four days ago, Jamie Lynn spoke out via her social media channels for the first time ever and justified her silence: Maybe I didn't support the way the public would want me to with a hashtag on a public platform, but I can assure you that I've been supporting my sister for a long time, long before there was a hashtag and I will support her for the rest of my life.
But a few days after her testimony, it seems that her comments were not well received. I respect that everyone has the right to express themselves, she wrote on social media, but can we please stop with the death threats, especially death threats against children.
The actress is clearly referring to her person, and that of her two daughters, Maddie Briann Aldridge, 13, and Ivey Joan Watson, 3. Facts that will certainly not push the sister of Britney Spears to try again to express herself.
