Kanye West is under investigation for assault and battery: he allegedly hit a fan who wanted an autograph

Kanye West is currently under investigation for assault and battery. According to a testimony relayed by the U.S. channel Fox 11 that the entourage of the star has not confirmed, the rapper would have been at the heart of a violent altercation with a fan who wanted an autograph from the star.

  

The scene allegedly took place outside a posh members-only club in Los Angeles in the early hours of Thursday morning.

  

Kanye West, 44, was allegedly accosted by this person and got out of his vehicle parked near this club and a heated exchange ensued.

  

He allegedly punched the fan, throwing him to the ground. According to Fox 11, the Jesus Walks performer was no longer at the scene when authorities arrived.
