You'll never guess how much Boris Johnson's new wife spent on her wedding dress
The Mail on Sunday and The Sun newspapers said on Saturday that Boris Johnson, 56, known for his troubled love life, had just married Carrie Symonds, 33, in Westminster Catholic Cathedral in front of close friends and relatives.
In the evening, an official photo of the couple was released. The new wife of the Prime Minister can be seen wearing a long bohemian style dress with a flower crown. The groom is wearing a dark suit and a blue tie.
Known for her ecological affinities, the bride did not buy a dress to marry the British Prime Minister, but she rented one that she will bring back on Tuesday, the Sun newspaper reports. Carrie Symonds paid 63,44 dollars to rent the dress, which is worth 3903,89 dollars.
The couple had been waiting for months to unite after their initial plans to marry last year were delayed by the pandemic. Engaged in December 2019, the newlyweds are also the parents of a one-year-old boy, Wilfred.
