Dark circles: natural tips to make the bags under your eyes disappear

Anti-dark circles, patches, creams, there are many ways to camouflage dark circles. But it takes time, every day, to make those ugly bags under the eyes disappear.

So why not try to fight the problem at the source? Here are five natural grandmother remedies that will help you get rid of your dark circles.

The cucumbers

This technique is probably the best known. You have probably already seen, in a movie or other, a person making a face mask by placing cucumbers on his eyes. Simply cut two slices of cucumber and place them in the fridge for a few minutes. Then apply them on your closed eyes for 10-15 minutes to get a younger and less tired

The spoons

In the evening, place two spoonfuls in the fridge, in preparation for the difficult next morning. If you haven't thought of it, you can simply put them in the freezer for a few minutes. Then apply these icy spoons to your eyes.

Green tea

It reactivates the blood circulation and can therefore help you to gradually make your dark circles disappear. Let one bag infuse in boiling water and then place two cotton pads in it. Let it cool in the refrigerator for a few minutes. Then put the cotton pads on your eyes for about ten minutes.

The honey

Mix one teaspoon of honey with 100 ml of warm water. Soak two cotton pads with this mixture and place them in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or in the freezer for 5 minutes. Then apply the cotton pads under your eyes for fifteen minutes before rinsing with clear water.

Blueberry water

Cornflower water is a natural decongestant that is very effective on dark circles. Place it in a cool place to make it even more effective. A little tip: prepare compresses soaked in cornflower water and place them in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. Then apply them under your eyes for the same amount of time.
